Fairness and HUD technobabble update

Fairness: No longer are you the only one with a skilled background, enemies (and friends) also get abilities and now wear armor.
HUD technobabble: In order to see what abilities the target has, you can look to see all relevant information of the enemy, such as distance and limb health. You can see the list of abilities in order to plan your approach to each combatant and see how dangerous they are.
This update is a statement on certain Scif-Fi HUD elements in other games, with oscillating bars, spinning circles, scrolling lines of code, all of which looks nice but conveys no information to the player. This update asks what if that style had substance?
